Your Device MAC
Every MAG box, Formuler and portal app has a MAC address such as 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX. You send it to us on WhatsApp.
Setting up Cast4K IPTV takes two things: your device MAC address registered with us, and our portal URL entered in your app. This guide shows exactly where to find the MAC and where to type the portal on MAG, Formuler, STB Emulator, Fire Stick and Samsung or LG smart TVs. New here? Start with the free 48-hour trial.
Cast4K IPTV (also known as Stream4K) does not use usernames, passwords or M3U playlists. Three pieces fit together instead.
Every MAG box, Formuler and portal app has a MAC address such as 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX. You send it to us on WhatsApp.
We register a trial or paid line on that exact MAC. Only that device can open the portal, which is why one subscription covers one device.
After activation we send the portal URL privately on WhatsApp. You type it in your app once, and it stays the same when you renew.
Why the portal URL is not on this page: it is shared only with activated customers and trial users on WhatsApp. If anyone else gives you a "Cast4K portal", it is not from us. Get yours from the Cast4K IPTV free trial or a Cast4K IPTV subscription.
Works on MAG 250, 254, 256, 322, 324, 424, 520 and 524. Menu names can differ slightly between firmware versions.
Turn the box over: the MAC is printed on the sticker underneath and starts with 00:1A:79. You can also see it in Settings → System information (or the Status screen on newer models).
Tip: on MAG, leave Portal 2 empty unless you use a second provider, and make sure the URL has no space at the start or end.
Formuler boxes use the MyTVOnline 2 or MyTVOnline 3 app for portal services.
Open MyTVOnline. The MAC address is displayed in the app (on the Connections screen and in the device information). Formuler MACs often start with 00:1A:78; send it exactly as shown.
Tip: if the connection hangs on "loading", edit the portal, check the URL, and reconnect. MyTVOnline also lets you hide channel groups you do not watch.
STB Emulator turns an Android phone, tablet, TV box or Amazon Fire TV Stick into a MAG-style portal player.
STB Emulator is not in the Amazon Appstore, so install the free Downloader app first, then enable Settings → My Fire TV → Developer options → Install unknown apps for Downloader, and use Downloader to install STB Emulator. On other Android devices you can install it from Google Play.
Tip: in STB configuration you can also pick a MAG model (MAG 250 is the usual choice). Do not change the MAC after we register it, or the portal will refuse the connection.
Smart TVs from Samsung (Tizen) and LG (webOS) can run the Smart STB app from their app stores.
Smart STB has its own app license from its developer after a short free period; that fee is separate from Cast4K IPTV. Set IPTV works in a similar way: it shows a MAC address on the TV, and we help you link the portal over WhatsApp.
Most problems come down to the MAC, the URL or the internet connection. Work through these before contacting us.
The MAC in your app does not match the MAC we registered, or the line has expired. Compare the MAC character by character, then message us on WhatsApp to check the line.
Check the portal URL for typos, missing slashes or extra spaces. Copy it exactly from the WhatsApp message and restart the device.
Clear the app cache (STB Emulator and MyTVOnline both have the option), restart your router and box, and try a wired connection. Try an HD version of the channel if 4K stutters.
Your trial or subscription may have ended. Renewing keeps the same MAC and portal; we add the time and you just restart the app.
A new box or a reinstalled app usually means a new MAC. Send us the new MAC on WhatsApp and we will help move the line.
Send a photo of the error screen and your MAC on WhatsApp. Our support team is available 24/7 and will walk you through it.
Once you are set up, explore the Cast4K IPTV channel list by language, see local tips for US viewers and Canadian viewers, or learn how Stream4K IPTV relates to Cast4K.
The portal URL is sent to you privately on WhatsApp after your line or free trial is activated on your MAC address. It is not published on the website, so message +44 7517 310422 if you have not received it.
No. Cast4K IPTV is a MAC-based service. Your line is registered to your device MAC address and you only enter the portal URL in your app. There is no username, password or M3U link.
On the MAG box open Settings, then Servers, then Portals. Type a name in Portal 1 name, enter the portal URL we sent in Portal 1 URL, save, and restart the box. The MAC address is on the label underneath the box.
Open MyTVOnline 2 or 3, go to Connections, choose Add portal, enter any name and the portal URL from WhatsApp, then connect. Send us the MAC address shown in MyTVOnline before you start.
Install STB Emulator (on Fire Stick through the Downloader app). Open Settings, Profiles, your profile, Portal settings and enter the portal URL. Under STB configuration you can see the MAC address that we register for you. Restart the app.
Yes, with the Smart STB app from the TV app store. It shows a MAC address on launch; send it to us, then enter the portal URL in its portal settings. Smart STB has its own app license from its developer, which is separate from your Cast4K IPTV subscription.
It usually means the MAC address in your app does not match the MAC registered on our side, the portal URL has a typo, or the line has expired. Check the MAC and URL carefully, restart the device, and message us on WhatsApp if it still fails.
No. Those apps need Xtream Codes or M3U logins. Cast4K IPTV only works through MAC portal apps such as MAG, Formuler MyTVOnline, STB Emulator, Smart STB and Set IPTV.
Send your device type and MAC address on WhatsApp. We activate a 48-hour trial or your paid plan and guide you through the portal step by step.
